Bugatti Residences Miami: Where Automotive Art de Vivre Meets the Miami Waterfront

For more than a century, Bugatti has represented far more than the automobile. Since Ettore Bugatti founded the marque in Molsheim, France, in 1909, the name has become synonymous with beauty, craftsmanship, individuality and an uncompromising pursuit of excellence.

Now, that philosophy is moving beyond the road and into one of the world’s most dynamic cities.

Bugatti Residences Miami marks the marque’s first branded residential development in the United States, bringing Bugatti’s interpretation of Art de Vivre to Miami’s waterfront.

Created in partnership with Prosper Group, led by CEO Jay Roberts, and Belgian developer Versluys Group, led by CEO Bart Versluys, the project will occupy one of Brickell’s remaining waterfront sites.

Its position along the Miami River places the development within reach of Biscayne Bay, while also putting residents close to Miami’s financial district, restaurants, cultural institutions, art scene and international lifestyle.

It is a setting that mirrors Miami itself: tropical yet metropolitan, sophisticated yet energetic, and increasingly defined by architecture and design.

Bugatti Beyond the Automobile

Following the unveiling of Bugatti Residences by Binghatti in Dubai, the Miami project represents the next chapter in Bugatti’s expanding residential universe.

The philosophy behind the development is built around three words deeply connected to the marque’s design language: Art, Forme, Technique.

Rather than simply placing a Bugatti badge on a residential building, the project is being conceived around the principles that have defined the marque’s automobiles for generations.

Architecture, interiors, arrival experiences, privacy and personal service are all intended to form part of one cohesive environment.

The objective is to translate the precision, craftsmanship and attention to detail associated with Bugatti’s hyper sports cars into a residential setting.

A Collaboration of European and American Design

Bugatti Residences Miami brings together a collection of established names from the worlds of real estate, architecture, interiors and hospitality.

Prosper Group contributes its experience in Miami’s luxury property market, while Versluys Group brings more than a century of European development heritage.

Brandon Haw Architecture has been selected for the architecture, with interiors created by internationally recognized design studio Yabu Pushelberg.

Bugatti itself will oversee the overarching creative vision, with the aim of ensuring that the development remains connected to the marque’s principles of individuality, craftsmanship and quality.

The Art of Service

For Bugatti, luxury is not limited to what residents see.

The experience of living at Bugatti Residences Miami will also be shaped by what happens behind the scenes.

The marque has selected Rhodium as its exclusive global residential operating partner. The luxury residential specialist will be responsible for translating Bugatti’s philosophy into the day-to-day ownership experience.

Rhodium’s approach will encompass personalized service, discretion and operational excellence, with white-glove butler service forming part of the proposed residential experience.

The company operates within the luxury residential sector and counts the Monaco Royal Family among its investors, with a portfolio that includes branded residential developments.

A New Chapter for Bugatti

Bugatti’s expansion into branded residences reflects a broader interpretation of what the marque represents.

Its Art de Vivre is no longer confined to the design of an automobile. Instead, Bugatti is exploring how its philosophy of art, form and technical excellence can be expressed through architecture, interiors, craftsmanship and hospitality.

In Miami, those ideas will be brought together on the waterfront in Brickell, creating a residential environment intended to feel distinctly Bugatti while remaining connected to the character of its city.

The offering is expected to launch to prospective buyers in 2027.

For a marque founded more than 115 years ago around the pursuit of extraordinary automobiles, Bugatti Residences Miami represents another evolution of that same philosophy: creating not simply objects, but experiences shaped by design, craftsmanship and a distinctive sense of place.
