1. Ownership and Agency Rights
All rights are reserved by New Horizons, a digital content creation agency. The Lifestyle Magazine, its branding, and all associated media are operated, produced, and owned by New Horizons. No part of this publication or its digital assets may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of New Horizons.
2. Exclusive Digital Assets & “Rare Covers.”
As part of our premium experience, The Lifestyle Magazine may issue limited-edition “Rare Covers” or exclusive digital assets to our subscribers.
- Eligibility: Receipt of these assets is reserved for active subscribers. Distribution is conducted via internal selection or specific promotional windows.
- Holding Requirement: To preserve the integrity and curated nature of our digital collections, certain assets are subject to a mandatory holding period.
- Commitment: By accepting an exclusive asset, you agree to hold said asset within your registered account or digital vault for the duration specified at the time of issuance.
- Transfer Restrictions: Any attempt to transfer, sell, or liquidate these assets prior to the end of the holding period may result in a permanent ban from future exclusive drops and the immediate termination of your subscription benefits.
3. Intellectual Property
All content published by The Lifestyle Magazine including editorial text, high-fashion, automotive reviews, and digital artwork is the exclusive intellectual property of New Horizons.
- Your subscription grants you a personal, non-commercial license to view the content.
- Unauthorized digital duplication or commercial use of our “Rare Covers” is a violation of these terms and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
4. Subscription & Membership
- Registration: Users must provide accurate and complete information to ensure the delivery of digital assets and newsletter updates.
- Fees: All subscription fees are non-refundable once the digital content or exclusive assets have been delivered, as these are considered consumed digital goods.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Lifestyle Magazine / New Horizons provides luxury lifestyle content and digital collectibles for entertainment and informational purposes. We make no guarantees regarding the future market value of any “Rare Cover” or digital asset. We are not liable for technical issues arising from third-party digital platforms or user-managed digital wallets.
6. Termination of Service
New Horizons reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services and revoke membership benefits for any user who violates these Terms, specifically regarding the unauthorized early transfer of exclusive assets.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which New Horizons is registered. We reserve the right to update these terms as our digital offerings and agency operations evolve.
