Las Vegas & Woking, UK – November 13, 2025 – McLaren Special Operations (MSO) today announced the intricate details and hidden ‘easter eggs’ integrated into Project VIVA, a bespoke McLaren 750S designed to intertwine the rich history of McLaren with the vibrant culture of Las Vegas. The unique creation, unveiled ahead of its debut, is a testament to meticulous craftsmanship and a renewed design direction from MSO.
Project VIVA serves as a canvas displaying symbolic iconography that pays homage to both McLaren’s storied past and the dynamic spirit of Las Vegas.

McLaren – History & Heritage:
Founding Years: The years 1905 (Las Vegas) and 1963 (McLaren) are subtly represented by a pair of dice, strategically placed on the lower left-hand side and the top of the rear deck.
Championship Triumphs: Ten Constructors’ World Championship stars adorn the rear bumper – nine in white, one in silver leaf – hand-applied by McLaren Formula 1 Team drivers Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri, commemorating the team’s 10th title after the Singapore Grand Prix in October 2025.

Iconic Cars: Ten silhouettes of McLaren Racing’s championship-winning cars, dated by their championship year, are mapped onto racetracks across the vehicle’s body.
Bruce McLaren’s Legacy: Bruce McLaren’s Muriwai Trophy, complete with his race number #58, is located on the front right arch. His 1970 racing helmet, symbolic of the heart and soul behind the brand, is positioned within a heart motif on the front right bumper. The original “Speedy Kiwi” emblem is also celebrated on the left-hand side, with an evolved version integrated into the racetrack details, symbolizing innovation.
Driver Signatures: The interior sills feature hand-finished messages and signatures from Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri, alongside a midnight-tint mountain landscape motif.

Las Vegas – Culture & Entertainment: Motifs capturing the energy and spectacle of Las Vegas nightlife are prominent throughout:
Neon Arrows: A tribute to the city’s hand-built neon signs, celebrating shared craftsmanship.
“Fabulous” & “Welcome to Fabulous MSO”: The city’s legendary welcome sign is referenced with a hand-painted “Fabulous” beneath the rear wing, and a graphic on the front bonnet reimagining the sign with ‘MSO’ lettering.

750S Playing Cards: Stylised card motifs on the rear panel ingeniously form the 750S lettering, a nod to the McLaren 750S.
Commemorative Tokens: Subtle circular details across the bodywork mark 120 years of Las Vegas (1905–2025) and feature the McLaren Speedmark.
Wedding Chapels & Music: Chapel linework is a hidden reference within a spade motif on the front right bumper, while music notes scattered across the rear deck celebrate the city’s deep musical culture.
Las Vegas – Landmarks & Architecture: Geometric references to the city’s skyline and defining structures include:
Desert Landscape: Flowing wavy linework on the rear right-hand side represents Nevada’s surrounding terrain.
Nevada State Outline: A discreet outline is hidden within a cityscape graphic on the right-hand side.
Pyramid Geometry: Subtle angular detailing echoes the geometric architecture of Las Vegas’ landmarks.
Fountain Line-work: Abstract water-like forms flow into the front bumper intake, representing the iconic fountains of the Las Vegas Strip.
USA Stars & Cactus Motif: Stars inspired by the American flag feature on the right-hand side, alongside a playful cartoon-style cactus.
MSO, Paints & Techniques: Project VIVA is the first McLaren to feature MSO’s ‘Sketch in Motion’ concept, bringing creative ideas to life through hand-painted artistry.
“Vegas Nights” Paint: An exclusive new MSO paint colour, “Vegas Nights,” was developed to capture the distinctive atmosphere of Las Vegas after dark. This deep black base is infused with subtle flecks of cyan, magenta, and green, designed to reflect the city’s neon glow, revealing vibrant undertones under light.
“Muriwai White”: Within the Muriwai Trophy motif, a hand-painted outline of Bruce McLaren’s Muriwai House features shutters and a front door finished in “Muriwai White,” an MSO paint shade inspired by Bruce’s family home and symbolizing the sea at Muriwai Beach.
Project VIVA demonstrates MSO’s unparalleled ability to fuse McLaren’s racing DNA with personal storytelling, creating a vehicle that is both a high-performance machine and a bespoke work of art.
