The magnificent 78-metre Lürssen superyacht, Odisea (formerly known as Ace 21), has embarked on a significant leg of her maiden voyage. She was recently spotted making her stately departure from Lürssen’s Lemwerder facility in Germany, navigating the tranquil waters of the River Weser. Her destination? The iconic city of London, where she is slated for handover to her eager owner.

Captured in striking images by Ruben Griffioen, the Odisea presents a commanding presence on the water. Her construction journey, which commenced in 2022, saw her steel hull being transported to Lemwerder in April 2023 for the meticulous final stages of outfitting. The superyacht made her public debut outside the sheds in January 2025, with details about this exclusive vessel largely kept under wraps. Following her official launch in May 2025, the Odisea was seen conducting rigorous sea trials along the River Weser in August 2025, hinting at her imminent grand unveiling.

Showcasing Lürssen’s renowned design prowess, the Odisea features a beautifully elongated bow, complemented by expansive glazed surfaces and gracefully curved decks. She commands an estimated volume of 2,500 GT and a substantial beam of 13.3 metres, offering vast spaces for luxury and leisure. Her exterior decks are thoughtfully designed for relaxation and entertainment, highlighted by a spacious aft Jacuzzi and abundant seating and dining areas.
The vessel’s exquisite interior and exterior aesthetics are the brainchild of the acclaimed British studio RWD. The interiors are envisioned as a serene marine sanctuary: bright, inviting, and perfectly suited for a life at sea. They feature a sophisticated palette of natural tones, complemented by soft woods, delicate pale marble, and a rich interplay of organic textures and curated artworks.

Among her many luxurious amenities, steps from the Odisea’s aft deck lead to an expansive swim platform. The main deck is a showstopper, featuring a teak-lined infinity pool at its heart and a striking glass-encased lounge that seamlessly opens on three sides via impressive three-metre sliding doors, blurring the lines between indoor comfort and the ocean’s expanse.
Further enriching the onboard experience are a self-contained skylounge – complete with its own Jacuzzi, a sophisticated bar, a cozy fire pit, and dining capacity for up to 20 guests. For entertainment, dual outdoor cinemas offer unique viewing experiences, while a dedicated wellness retreat and a comprehensive water sports area, including diving and fishing facilities, cater to every desire for recreation and adventure.

Based on current AIS signals, the Odisea is steadfastly making her way towards London, United Kingdom, promising a new chapter in superyacht luxury. This delivery comes as Lürssen continues its impressive shipbuilding agenda, with several other notable projects underway, such as the colossal 146.2-metre Project Defy, first revealed in October 2025, and the 122.5-metre Project Omega, which found an owner in March 2025.
