Hey! So, carrying over from the “cubs chasing the lion” discussion: like I’ve mentioned before, I’m always stuck at the desk—that’s where I get the “deets.” It starts with a TikTok video or a brief scroll of socials; I’ll get out an article and then head to YouTube. You see, the writing may be done by AI, but it’s based on my personal opinion, using the feedback I get from channels such as AutoTrader it’s my favorite show at the moment.

Now, stay with me have you come across the ultra-realistic 2026 F1 gameplay yet? It might be the graphics or the gameplay, but let’s talk real racing for a bit. I’ve been following the Miami uploads, the latest being Max Verstappen, and I’ve been paying attention to DPLOY_1, 2, and 3.
In corners 1 through 4, most of the cars exit within 1st or 2nd gear, and it’s there we see the lack of power in the system. Most drivers wait for the exit to initiate DPLOY_1 as soon as they hit the straight. But what about a slower entry to Turns 1 and 2 while using DPLOY_1 before exiting? Wouldn’t activating here be a more suitable place? The lag would seem nonexistent, and being in 1st or 2nd gear, the car and deployment are the safest here, right? Would DPLOY_+ be more effective here?

Then there are Turns 6 and 7. While most drivers dive to the outside, wouldn’t the line be more efficient on the inside by utilizing DPLOY_1 or DPLOY_++ to get to DPLOY_2? Again, as a gamer, I wonder, but this is all in regard to Max Verstappen, really.
Then there’s Lewis’s entry and exit through Turns 14–16, opting to hit DPLOY_3 at the exit of 16. This straight would be the perfect place to attack, even before Turn 17 is visible. Hamilton uses a two-second breakdown on his deployment system about halfway through the stretch and backs off incrementally. That’s where one should attack on the inside before Turn 17—grab the inside and force him to that inner line he loves so much.
All in all, I thought I would run it past you guys. Should this be a demo of the 2026 F1 game using actual driver data? If so, Max Verstappen might be smiling from the podium a lot sooner than one might think.
I’ve left the video for your viewing. That’s all for now on real racing.
